No. Elderly calls the regular telephone they already use, landline or cell. Nothing to download, charge, or learn. If they can answer the phone, they can use it.

Would Mom or Dad really talk to an AI? +

Almost everyone warms up within the first few seconds. The call feels like a natural, unhurried chat with someone genuinely interested, and Elderly always says who it is. No pressure, no rush.

Does this replace my own calls and visits? +

How does the scam protection work? +
